New Water Service Connection



You can apply for New Water Service connection at our Main office. Requirements are as follows:
  • Filled out Application form 
  • Barangay Tax Certificate (Cedula) number 
  • Orientation Seminar every Thursday at 1:00 PM. 

Service connection fee is Php 4,400.00.

Senior Citizen Discount


You can apply for a Senior Citizen discount on your account at our Main office. Requirements are as follows:

  • Filled out Senior Citizen Discount Application Form 
  • Latest picture 
  • Barangay Certificate 
  • Valid Senior Citizen Card ID 
  • Another Valid ID. 

Condition for the Availment:

  1. The senior citizen must be a resident of the household. 
  2. Consumption should not exceed 30 cubic meters. 
  3. This is granted per household regardless of the number of senior citizens living therein. 
  4. Meter registration should be in the name of the senior citizen for a period of one year. 
  5. Xerox copy of the bill. 
  6. Application for discount availment shall be renewed yearly and shall be processed at least one month before the one year period will lapse.

Acceptance of Application for Re-opening of Service Connection

Re-Opening of Closed Service Connection


You can apply to have your disconnected service connection re-opened at the Main office. You need to pay a re-connection fee of Php 200.00 if service connection was closed within 1 month plus arrears. The re-connection fee is Php 300.00 if service connection has been closed for more than a month plus arrears. Meter Reading and Issuance of Water Bills

Meter reading may be delayed due to holidays, heavy rains, technical maintenance and such. As discussed in the Orientation Seminar, if there is nobody to accept the water bill, they are placed either on the doors, gates or mailboxes. If there is usually no one inside the house, it is best to install mailboxes for safety of the water bills. If you feel that you have not yet received a water bill and it is already 3 or more days past the water meter reading schedule date of your area, please visit our offices to ask for a copy of your water bill.


REMINDER: THE DUE DATE OF YOUR WATER BILL IS 15 DAYS AFTER THE METER READING DATE.
